崗位職責：

1、支持外部合作伙伴產(chǎn)研對接，推動上線。
2、針對日常多維度運營數(shù)據(jù)進行提取和分析，識別運營優(yōu)化機會點；
3、進行常態(tài)化運營數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)測，產(chǎn)出經(jīng)營分析日報/周報/月報；
4、承接專項數(shù)據(jù)分析需求，產(chǎn)出專題分析報告；
5、支持部門項目管理及運作機制優(yōu)化。
任職要求：
1、 統(tǒng)招本科以上學歷，統(tǒng)計學相關(guān)專業(yè)，有數(shù)據(jù)運營/商業(yè)分析類/產(chǎn)品運營工作經(jīng)驗2年以上；
2、較強的數(shù)據(jù)敏感度與邏輯分析能力，能獨立完成較復雜的經(jīng)營數(shù)據(jù)分析；
3、熟練掌握SQL和Excel（常用函數(shù)/圖表制作/VBA等），能同時使用Python/R語言/SPSS者優(yōu)先；

4、良好的項目管理能力和溝通能力，能進行跨部門業(yè)務組織協(xié)調(diào)。
