崗位職責(zé)：
1、配合項(xiàng)目、運(yùn)營的需求，對經(jīng)營數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、深度分析以及形成分析報(bào)告；
2、負(fù)責(zé)各渠道的每日運(yùn)營、銷售數(shù)據(jù)的收集和匯總，通過每天的數(shù)據(jù)，分析當(dāng)前的運(yùn)營情況并發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，與運(yùn)營進(jìn)行溝通解決；
3、監(jiān)控、分析運(yùn)營各渠道的銷售指標(biāo)完成率，并將分析結(jié)果和建議給到運(yùn)營進(jìn)行優(yōu)化和調(diào)整；
4、負(fù)責(zé)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的日常會議行程、安排提醒，及時(shí)高效形成文字版會議紀(jì)要匯報(bào)；
5、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作。
任職資格：
1、大學(xué)專科及以上，統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)、財(cái)務(wù)、數(shù)學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)；
2、熟練word、excel、等辦公軟件，有相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮；
3、有較強(qiáng)的邏輯分析能力，對數(shù)字敏感，有物流工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者為佳；
4、善于溝通，工作細(xì)心，執(zhí)行能力強(qiáng)，能承受一定的工作壓力；

5、具備溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力及團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
