職位描述

1、針對營銷活動，分析內(nèi)容效果&用戶行為、廣告投放&roi，梳理搭建運營數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控及分析體系，從而精準用戶畫像，優(yōu)化內(nèi)容策略，完善對品牌營銷策略的數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控及預(yù)警能力。
2、能夠獨立對接有復(fù)雜度的營銷場景，對數(shù)據(jù)問題進行深入分析，快速理解并響應(yīng)業(yè)務(wù)需求，準確、高效地獲取、清洗數(shù)據(jù)源，通過專業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)分析、推導、驗證，為業(yè)務(wù)提供決策依據(jù)。
3、構(gòu)建全面的、準確的、能反映業(yè)務(wù)特征的指標體系, 并基于監(jiān)控及時發(fā)現(xiàn)與定位問題，形成數(shù)據(jù)化運營體系，將數(shù)據(jù)與問題診斷、執(zhí)行動作建議、效果監(jiān)控應(yīng)用于市場營銷活動中。
職位要求
1. 3年及以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗，具備獨立編寫數(shù)據(jù)分析報告能力，及時發(fā)現(xiàn)和分析其中隱含的變化和問題
2. 具有良好的數(shù)據(jù)敏感度和較強的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力，能從海量數(shù)據(jù)提煉核心結(jié)果。
3. 熟練運用SQL（或R、Python等）數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)和工具，掌握基本數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)品工具，具有數(shù)據(jù)可視化報表的實現(xiàn)能力。

4. 具有復(fù)雜業(yè)務(wù)的獨立對接經(jīng)驗，或復(fù)雜分析項目的經(jīng)驗，能夠基于數(shù)據(jù)分析發(fā)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)問題和機會點洞察，并對業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生重要的積極影響。
