工作職責(zé)

-基于用戶(hù)行為日志構(gòu)建多維度畫(huà)像體系，挖掘高價(jià)值用戶(hù)特征
-通過(guò)聚類(lèi)分析、關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則挖掘、機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)等方法，輸出用戶(hù)分層策略與場(chǎng)景化需求洞察
-建立文心一言推理鏈路性能監(jiān)控體系，定位關(guān)鍵耗時(shí)模塊
-與工程、算法團(tuán)隊(duì)合作推動(dòng)模型耗時(shí)優(yōu)化
任職資格
-1年以上用戶(hù)建?；驍?shù)據(jù)分析經(jīng)驗(yàn)
-熟練使用Python/SQL，熟練使用聚類(lèi)、xgboost、lightgbm等算法
-對(duì)大模型有基本理解是加分項(xiàng)

-計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)、運(yùn)籌學(xué)、數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)等STEM專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先
