廣州天河區(qū)富力中心

崗位職責：

1、中小企門戶數(shù)據(jù)體系搭建。設(shè)計關(guān)鍵數(shù)據(jù)指標，梳理客戶內(nèi)部業(yè)務系統(tǒng)、生態(tài)廠商產(chǎn)品系統(tǒng)與門戶數(shù)據(jù)的對接鏈路，梳理數(shù)據(jù)接口規(guī)范；
2、數(shù)據(jù)分析與洞察：運用 SQL、Python 等工具對平臺門戶數(shù)據(jù)進行深入分析，挖掘用戶行為模式和業(yè)務潛在機會。通過對用戶瀏覽、點擊、交易等數(shù)據(jù)的分析，為產(chǎn)品優(yōu)化和運營策略調(diào)整提供數(shù)據(jù)支持；
3、數(shù)據(jù)可視化與報告：制作直觀清晰的數(shù)據(jù)可視化報表和報告，向客戶和業(yè)務團隊展示數(shù)據(jù)洞察和業(yè)務指標。
4、定期發(fā)布平臺運營周報、月報，為決策層提供數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動的決策依據(jù)，協(xié)助制定業(yè)務目標和戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃；
5、指導餐飲、酒店、通信SaaS搭建數(shù)據(jù)體系，助力企業(yè)使用系統(tǒng)經(jīng)營與分析；
任職要求：
1、本科以上學歷，有3年以上數(shù)據(jù)分析經(jīng)驗
2、有移動通信、門戶數(shù)據(jù)、SaaS數(shù)據(jù)設(shè)計業(yè)務經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先；
3、具有較強的數(shù)據(jù)收集、分析及報告輸出能力；
4、數(shù)量使用SQL、懂得運用Python數(shù)據(jù)處理、神策。
5、具備較強的業(yè)務思維能力和總結(jié)能力，對業(yè)務分析起到數(shù)據(jù)分析指導；

6、主觀能動性高，具較強的溝通協(xié)作能力，與客戶各部門、項目組業(yè)務/產(chǎn)品/研發(fā)團隊保持良好的溝通能力。
