崗位職責：
1、負責部門常規(guī)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計
2、負責日常的數(shù)據(jù)分析工作，包括數(shù)據(jù)獲取、數(shù)據(jù)清理、數(shù)據(jù)分析，并且對分析結果有深刻見解；負責部門數(shù)據(jù)的日報、周報、月報
3、跟蹤運營發(fā)展趨勢,監(jiān)控運營數(shù)據(jù),能夠快速發(fā)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)異常,分析定位問題,提出解決方案；
4、根據(jù)相關部門需要，提供所需的數(shù)據(jù)報表
崗位要求
1、學歷要求：大專及以上
2、工作經(jīng)驗要求：具備6個月以上相關工作經(jīng)驗，能夠承擔較強的工作壓力。
3、工作時間：服務時間10:00-19:00，周末雙休，可以接受加班，
4、能力要求：
①熟悉使用office辦公軟件等常用數(shù)據(jù)分析工具，掌握sql語言、Python分析優(yōu)先。
②具備較強的業(yè)務理解能力，能夠從多維度分析業(yè)務問題。
③工作踏實認真、具有較強的愛崗敬業(yè)精神、責任心強；具有一定的溝通、理解能力。

④具有較強的學習能力和抗壓能力。
