崗位要求：
1、負(fù)責(zé)運營團(tuán)隊的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計、分析工作，通過數(shù)據(jù)分析挖掘用戶需求、業(yè)務(wù)痛點等深層次信息，為制定運營策略提供依據(jù);
2、使用SQL提取關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)，并形成數(shù)據(jù)看板和數(shù)據(jù)模板提升團(tuán)隊分析效率;
3、制定用戶運營策略，優(yōu)化用戶體驗和提升用戶滿意度:對用戶運營策略的執(zhí)行效果進(jìn)行監(jiān)控和分析，并及時調(diào)整優(yōu)化策略;
4. 對平臺來的新客進(jìn)行需求進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析，借助產(chǎn)品，在線活動等抓手提供解決方案;
5.客戶運營與數(shù)據(jù)分析: 持續(xù)運營客戶數(shù)據(jù)，分析用戶行為特征并相應(yīng)優(yōu)化運營策略，提升收入
任職要求：
1、統(tǒng)招本科及以上：經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、統(tǒng)計學(xué)、金融學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先；
2、5年及以上工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融/有銀行背景者優(yōu)先；
3、精通sql、tableau、hive者優(yōu)先；
4、信貸崗位從業(yè)者優(yōu)先；
5、學(xué)習(xí)能力強、溝通能力強、自驅(qū)力強、有責(zé)任感
