崗位職責：
1、負責視頻內(nèi)容相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)研究模型開發(fā)設(shè)計，提出新的研究方向及優(yōu)化建議；
2、負責數(shù)據(jù)庫深度挖掘產(chǎn)品孵化；
3、對日常項目數(shù)據(jù)進行整理、統(tǒng)計、負責撰寫相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)報告；
4、根據(jù)媒體行業(yè)熱點及大事件，結(jié)合數(shù)據(jù)撰寫相關(guān)分析報告；
5、配合上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對媒體行業(yè)海量數(shù)據(jù)進行深度挖掘，發(fā)現(xiàn)規(guī)律，為公司業(yè)務(wù)開發(fā)提供有價值的策略建議；
任職要求：
1、有良好的數(shù)據(jù)處理分析能力；了解用戶興趣建模、用戶行為分析，具有自然語言處理、機器學(xué)習、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘理論與實踐者優(yōu)先
2、邏輯分析、學(xué)習創(chuàng)新能力強，具有壓力承受能力及團隊合作精神；
3、對數(shù)據(jù)敏感，良好的行業(yè)洞察力；對大數(shù)據(jù)在媒體行業(yè)實踐有強烈的興趣及抱負；
4、高級數(shù)據(jù)分析師需至少熟練使用一種統(tǒng)計分析軟件，如SPSS，R等；懂編程語言經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；

5、熟練使用EXCEL、PPT等辦公軟件。
