工作職責(zé):
1- 參與公司數(shù)字化項目，并以數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)理身份保障項目的實施落地；
2- 負(fù)責(zé)管理和優(yōu)化公司的數(shù)據(jù)指標(biāo)平臺，確保數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確、及時，并根據(jù)用戶反饋和業(yè)務(wù)需求，不斷完善數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)品的功能和使用體驗；
3- 與各部門緊密合作，了解他們的數(shù)據(jù)需求，利用BI工具搭建直觀的數(shù)據(jù)看板，為業(yè)務(wù)決策提供有力支持；
4- 識別公司數(shù)據(jù)管理中存在的問題，提出并實施解決方案，比如數(shù)據(jù)集成、清洗、存儲等，確保數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量，讓數(shù)據(jù)更好地服務(wù)于公司的整體運營；
任職資格:
1- 計算機(jī)相關(guān)專業(yè)，本科及以上學(xué)歷，2年以上工作經(jīng)驗；
2- 具有較強(qiáng)的思維邏輯能力，良好的數(shù)據(jù)敏感度，能從海量數(shù)據(jù)提煉核心結(jié)果，能夠獨立編寫數(shù)據(jù)分析報告。有豐富的數(shù)據(jù)分析、挖掘的經(jīng)驗；
3- 必須精通sql語言，可以熟練使用python語言，熟練使用Oracle，Mysql等關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫。使用過阿里dataworks產(chǎn)品的優(yōu)先；
4- 必須有常用數(shù)據(jù)可視化工具開發(fā)經(jīng)驗，如FinBI、FinReport、SmartBI或者PowerBI等數(shù)據(jù)工具;
5- 熟悉數(shù)據(jù)治理相關(guān)理論和技術(shù)，具備數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量、數(shù)據(jù)安全、元數(shù)據(jù)管理等領(lǐng)域的實際操作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先；

6- 具有較強(qiáng)的溝通、團(tuán)隊合作能力，具有強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任心和良好的抗壓能力。
