崗位職責(zé)：
1、參與信貸產(chǎn)品運(yùn)營數(shù)據(jù)分析工作，洞察用戶，基于業(yè)務(wù)理解和發(fā)展需求，結(jié)合業(yè)務(wù)實際數(shù)據(jù)表現(xiàn)，定期對業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行經(jīng)營分析和診斷，及時發(fā)現(xiàn)和定位異常原因，為業(yè)務(wù)提供優(yōu)化建議；。
2、負(fù)責(zé)重要議題的專項復(fù)盤分析，提煉總結(jié)結(jié)論，輸出高質(zhì)量的專題分析報告，為業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)營策略決策提供分析支持和經(jīng)營建議；
3、根據(jù)部門戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)建全面的，準(zhǔn)確的業(yè)務(wù)核心心指標(biāo)，及時追蹤，預(yù)警，對目標(biāo)達(dá)成路徑進(jìn)行深入探索，產(chǎn)出業(yè)務(wù)增長建議，推動業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)營完成核心指標(biāo)。
4、有數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)品化的意識，通過報表、模型、自動化等方式輸出數(shù)據(jù)能力，提升整體運(yùn)營效能。
5、團(tuán)隊協(xié)同，高效的與數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)團(tuán)隊和業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)營團(tuán)隊進(jìn)行溝通，推動數(shù)據(jù)化運(yùn)營及體系建設(shè)。
任職要求：
1、本科，2-3年左右經(jīng)驗，有數(shù)分經(jīng)驗
