崗位要求：    
1、2年以上統(tǒng)計建模項目工作經(jīng)驗，有銀行統(tǒng)計建模經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；    
2、熟悉sql語言,熟練應用SAS或R或MATLAB軟件;熟悉Excel常用函數(shù)和數(shù)據(jù)透視表；    
3、具備獨立執(zhí)行數(shù)據(jù)建模項目的能力;具備良好的溝通表達能力、組織協(xié)調(diào)能力和抗壓能力；    
4、從事過數(shù)學建?；?a href='/map/shujuwajue/' style='color:#000;font-size:inherit;'>數(shù)據(jù)挖掘等相關(guān)項目,熟悉常見的計量方法和聚類、決策樹、支持向量機、邏輯回歸等數(shù)據(jù)挖掘算法,具有扎實的統(tǒng)計基礎(chǔ)知識；    
5、數(shù)量經(jīng)濟學、計量經(jīng)濟學、金融工程、數(shù)學、統(tǒng)計學、管理科學、人工智能等理工科專業(yè)教育背景優(yōu)先。    
　    
崗位職責：    
1、針對銀行的數(shù)據(jù)分析需求及數(shù)據(jù)情況，進行數(shù)據(jù)分析、數(shù)學建模、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘等工作；    
2、參與售前工作。
