2、英文文檔閱讀能力
 
勝任要求：
1.1年以上數(shù)據(jù)分析和數(shù)據(jù)挖掘領(lǐng)域相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗；
2.數(shù)學、物理、統(tǒng)計、計算機等相關(guān)專業(yè)學士及以上學位；
3.具有深厚的統(tǒng)計學、數(shù)學、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘等相關(guān)知識，熟悉數(shù)據(jù)倉庫和數(shù)據(jù)挖掘的相關(guān)技術(shù)，精通建模方法并有過完整的獨立建模實踐；
4.精通SQL等數(shù)據(jù)查詢語言及SAS,R等統(tǒng)計分析軟件，具有海量數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、分析相關(guān)項目實施經(jīng)驗，參加過完整的數(shù)據(jù)挖掘項目并有成功案例；
5.具有適當?shù)捻椖抗芾斫?jīng)驗，能合理分配時間，并以項目結(jié)果為導向；
6.思維敏捷，具有發(fā)散性，能夠舉一反三，良好的邏輯分析能力及問題解決能力;良好的跨部門溝通及組織能力，積極發(fā)揚團隊合作精神；
7.具有強烈的主人翁意識并勇于承擔責任。
