基于Hadoop MapReduce的分布式數(shù)據(jù)流聚類算法研究

隨著數(shù)據(jù)流規(guī)模的持續(xù)增大,現(xiàn)有基于網(wǎng)格的聚類算法對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)流的聚類效果不好,不能實(shí)時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)任意形狀的簇,也不能及時(shí)刪除數(shù)據(jù)流中的噪聲點(diǎn)。文章提出了一種Hadoop平臺(tái)環(huán)境下基于網(wǎng)格密度的分布式數(shù)據(jù)流聚類算法(PGDC-Stream),利于基于Hadoop的MapReduce框架對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)流進(jìn)行階段化的并行聚類分析,實(shí)時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)流中任意形狀的簇,定義檢測(cè)周期和密度閾值函數(shù)并及時(shí)刪除數(shù)據(jù)流中的噪聲點(diǎn)。算法基于網(wǎng)格密度對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)流初始聚類后,隨著新數(shù)據(jù)的到來(lái),使用基于密度閾值函數(shù)的噪聲點(diǎn)處理策略,周期性檢測(cè)和刪除噪聲點(diǎn),使用基于Hadoop MapReduce框架的并行分析模型周期性地調(diào)整已經(jīng)生成的簇。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,PGDC-Stream對(duì)大規(guī)模數(shù)據(jù)流的聚類質(zhì)量、可伸縮性和實(shí)時(shí)性都好于CluStream。
