崗位職責
1、面向數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用場景，根據(jù)主題需要，對整合層數(shù)據(jù)進行挖掘及分析，實現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)則的分析與落地。標簽集：基礎(chǔ)標簽，畫像標簽，營銷標簽。
2、負責模型和分層等數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)品監(jiān)控、優(yōu)化等 。
3、負責數(shù)據(jù)模型等數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)品的策略分析和報告等事宜。
4、負責銀行或三大運營商（電信）、保險行業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)挖掘體系和平臺的建設(shè)；

任職要求：
1、三大運營商、銀行保險等金融行業(yè)大數(shù)據(jù)分析建模優(yōu)先。
2、有互聯(lián)網(wǎng)廣告、用戶畫像、標簽建模經(jīng)驗；
3、較強的數(shù)學功底及建模能力，有大規(guī)模海量數(shù)據(jù)的特征提取、數(shù)據(jù)分析和數(shù)據(jù)挖掘，發(fā)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的分布密度、變化趨勢、相關(guān)關(guān)系經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。
4、熟悉各類模型分類與回歸算法，熟悉各類變量篩選與降維算法 ；
5、熟悉SAS/R/SQL等建模和數(shù)據(jù)分析軟件；
6、熟悉Java或者Python等程序設(shè)計語言/ Hadoop/Hive/Spark/Storm大數(shù)據(jù)平臺
