崗位職責(zé)：
1.負責(zé)微信、今日頭條、京東媒體站、天貓每天等多個平臺的文章閱讀、數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換等數(shù)據(jù)的監(jiān)控和分析；
2.挖掘各平臺數(shù)據(jù)，提出內(nèi)容、運營優(yōu)化建議，推動各平臺內(nèi)容優(yōu)化調(diào)整，提升文章閱讀率；
3.挖掘分析各平臺內(nèi)容轉(zhuǎn)化（觸店、硬廣等）數(shù)據(jù)，提出優(yōu)化建議，提升轉(zhuǎn)化率；
4.綜合分析文章閱讀數(shù)、相關(guān)標(biāo)簽閱讀數(shù)等相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)，生成用戶畫像。

崗位要求：
1.2年及以上工作經(jīng)驗，有微信、微博、今日頭條等內(nèi)容平臺數(shù)據(jù)分析經(jīng)驗；
2.精通excel函數(shù)、excel透視表和SPSS等數(shù)據(jù)分析工具，擅長數(shù)據(jù)分析和可視化表達。
3.了解統(tǒng)計學(xué)、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘等基礎(chǔ)知識，熟悉采集、整理、分析、建模等環(huán)節(jié)的工作；
