用SPSS調(diào)用Excel文件數(shù)據(jù)

調(diào)用Excel文件數(shù)據(jù)

Microsoft Excel 是使用比較普遍的圖表軟件，用它保存的數(shù)據(jù)文件，在SPSS中也能很方便的使用，這里我們介紹其使用的操作過程。

首先，我們已經(jīng)保存有在Excel里顯示如下的“EXCEL01.XLS”文件，如下圖所示。

操作過程：

(1) 在主菜單中選用“File-Open-Data”命令，出現(xiàn)打開文件操作窗口。

(2) 在“查找范圍”欄指定文本文件“EXCEL01.XLS”保存的文件夾；在“文件類型”欄里，單擊該輸入框或者右邊的下拉三角形按鈕，在下拉選項里選中“Excel? (*.xls)”,然后在文件列表框里選中“EXCEL01.XLS”文件，再單擊“打開”按鈕，或者雙擊該文件。

(3) 出現(xiàn)打開Excel數(shù)據(jù)文件對話窗

 Read variable names from the first row of data 變量名稱是從數(shù)據(jù)的第一行讀取嗎，是點選此項。

Worksheet:  指定讀出Excel文件中的工作表。單擊該選框右邊的下拉三角形按鈕，在出現(xiàn)的工作表中指定，系統(tǒng)缺省指定第一個工作表。數(shù)據(jù)分析培訓(xùn)

Range: ?指定讀取數(shù)據(jù)的范圍。其范圍按Excel格式書寫，例如：A1:D8

點擊“OK”按鈕, Excel數(shù)據(jù)就輸入到數(shù)據(jù)編輯窗里,完成數(shù)據(jù)輸入轉(zhuǎn)換。

總之，SPSS提供了多種數(shù)據(jù)格式的輸入，我們在學(xué)習(xí)這兩種方法后，能舉一反三地學(xué)習(xí)其他的輸入方式。
