spss中如何處理極端值、錯(cuò)誤值

spss中錄入數(shù)據(jù)以后，第一步不是去分析數(shù)據(jù)，而是要檢驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)是不是有錄入錯(cuò)誤的，是不是有不合常理的數(shù)據(jù)，今天我們要做一個(gè)描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)，進(jìn)而查看哪些數(shù)據(jù)是不合理的。下面是具體的步驟：

    先準(zhǔn)備好數(shù)據(jù)，然后打開描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)對(duì)話框，如圖所示，執(zhí)行菜單：analyse--descriptive statistic--descriptive

    將你要檢驗(yàn)的變量放入variables對(duì)話框，點(diǎn)擊箭頭可以添加或者刪除變量

    勾選如圖所示的選項(xiàng)，他的意思是輸出Z分?jǐn)?shù)，并作為一個(gè)變量列出來(lái)。因?yàn)闄z查數(shù)據(jù)有效性的時(shí)候會(huì)用到Z分?jǐn)?shù)

點(diǎn)擊options按鈕，設(shè)置需要輸出的描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)量，我們需要的統(tǒng)計(jì)量主要是最大值和最小值，所以，你看到下面第二幅圖，勾選最大值和最小值

    點(diǎn)擊continue按鈕，點(diǎn)擊ok，開始處理數(shù)據(jù)，并輸出處理結(jié)果

    我們看到有一個(gè)表格，輸出了最大值和最小值，根據(jù)這個(gè)值我們可以判斷，這個(gè)變量中的數(shù)據(jù)是不是超出了合理的范圍，比如，這個(gè)變量的意思是身高，你的數(shù)據(jù)的最大值為5米，這時(shí)侯你就可以想到，有數(shù)據(jù)錄入錯(cuò)誤了。

接下來(lái)切換到數(shù)據(jù)視圖中，我們看到生成了一個(gè)新的變量，他是x8這個(gè)變量的Z分?jǐn)?shù)，我們知道，如果數(shù)據(jù)是正太分布的，那么數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)當(dāng)分布在正負(fù)三個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差之內(nèi)，因此，從圖中我們看到，Z分?jǐn)?shù)大于3或小于-3的數(shù)據(jù)就是錯(cuò)誤的數(shù)據(jù).
