-數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)出與清理
A、熟悉并制定數(shù)據(jù)清洗規(guī)則，定期清洗數(shù)據(jù)
B、針對重點數(shù)據(jù)進行日常數(shù)據(jù)安全管理
-數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計與分析
A、分階段跟蹤會員數(shù)量、活躍度、延續(xù)率、忠誠度等數(shù)據(jù)，確保數(shù)據(jù)準確性
B、流失率預(yù)警（跟蹤會員流失率及重點轉(zhuǎn)奶期）
C、依據(jù)不同需求，對數(shù)據(jù)進行定義和分析
D、針對營銷需求，從數(shù)據(jù)中挖掘價值點，為策略提供建議和支持
-報告撰寫
A、按需按時提供各類數(shù)據(jù)報告
崗位要求：
1、全日制大學本科或以上，統(tǒng)計學或數(shù)學相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)。
2、熟悉Word，Excel、Powerpoint等辦公軟件，熟練操作sas、spss等數(shù)據(jù)分析工具，能熟練運用ppt完成報告、Excel報表及制圖，并能做大體量數(shù)據(jù)分析。
3、細心、耐心、踏實、主動，數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計及分析能力強，有敏銳的數(shù)據(jù)洞察力。
