單元格區(qū)域、Excel 表、數(shù)據(jù)透視表或數(shù)據(jù)透視圖均可以連接到外部數(shù)據(jù)源（數(shù)據(jù)源：用于連接數(shù)據(jù)庫的一組存儲的“源”信息。數(shù)據(jù)源包含數(shù)據(jù)庫服務(wù)器的名稱和位置、數(shù)據(jù)庫驅(qū)動程序的名稱以及在登錄到數(shù)據(jù)庫時所需的信息。）?？梢运⑿聰?shù)據(jù)以更新此外部數(shù)據(jù)源的數(shù)據(jù)。每次刷新數(shù)據(jù)時，均可以看到數(shù)據(jù)源中最新版本的信息，其中包括對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行的任何更改。

刷新多個外部數(shù)據(jù)區(qū)域

注釋   Microsoft Office Excel 僅在每個 Excel 會話中首次刷新外部數(shù)據(jù)區(qū)域時提示輸入密碼。下次啟動 Excel 時，如果打開包含查詢的工作簿并嘗試進(jìn)行刷新操作，則會提示您再次輸入密碼。
