崗位職責(zé)： 

1. 負(fù)責(zé)調(diào)研項(xiàng)目前期的抽樣技術(shù)的把握； 

2. 參與項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行過程中的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)建立清洗，以及項(xiàng)目的數(shù)據(jù)分析模型建造； 

3. 協(xié)同項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理或者研究員從數(shù)據(jù)分析的角度實(shí)現(xiàn)研究目的； 

4. 負(fù)責(zé)維護(hù)調(diào)研部門數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。

 

崗位要求： 

1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)、數(shù)學(xué)或計(jì)算機(jī)等專業(yè)優(yōu)先； 

2. 擁有2年以上市場(chǎng)調(diào)研公司數(shù)據(jù)分析工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先； 

3. 具有定量思維能力，能夠在理解研究目的的基礎(chǔ)上靈活地進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)化； 

4. 喜愛汽車行業(yè)； 

5. 熟練使用SPSS和SAS等統(tǒng)計(jì)分析軟件；有一定的編程能力；
