一、導(dǎo)入網(wǎng)頁(yè)數(shù)據(jù)
每次要用到外匯匯率都要

到網(wǎng)上查詢很不方便，Excel中可以通過(guò)“數(shù)據(jù)--自網(wǎng)頁(yè)”導(dǎo)入網(wǎng)頁(yè)上的數(shù)據(jù)。而且導(dǎo)入的數(shù)據(jù)可以設(shè)置自動(dòng)更新時(shí)間，需要用到時(shí)僅需調(diào)用下對(duì)應(yīng)的數(shù)據(jù)，連到網(wǎng)頁(yè)上查詢都不用了。

二、導(dǎo)入數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)數(shù)據(jù)
公司系統(tǒng)里的數(shù)據(jù)基本上都是存放在數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)里，最直接的數(shù)據(jù)獲取途徑當(dāng)然就是直接從數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)獲取了。Excel還提供從“數(shù)據(jù)--自Access文件”、“數(shù)據(jù)--自其它數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)服務(wù)”來(lái)源的數(shù)據(jù)直接導(dǎo)入。用過(guò)這一功能做過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)匯總的絕對(duì)都贊不絕口，因?yàn)橹苯邮∪チ苏襂T部導(dǎo)數(shù)據(jù)，再在Excel匯總數(shù)據(jù)。設(shè)置打開文件時(shí)從數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)獲取最新數(shù)據(jù)，再加上函數(shù)公式、數(shù)據(jù)透視表的結(jié)合使用，可以做到打開Excel文件就完成報(bào)表的更新，效率成幾倍幾十倍的提升！


三、導(dǎo)入文本數(shù)據(jù)
接觸不到公司數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，無(wú)法直接從數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)導(dǎo)入數(shù)據(jù)，只好退而求其次先讓數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理員導(dǎo)出文本文件，再?gòu)膶?dǎo)出的文本文件中導(dǎo)入到Excel進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)整理。導(dǎo)入時(shí)從“數(shù)據(jù)-自文本”進(jìn)行操作，在向?qū)е行枳⒁庠O(shè)置導(dǎo)出的文本文件間隔符號(hào)及字段的數(shù)據(jù)格式，防止導(dǎo)入時(shí)出錯(cuò)。
