崗位職責：

1、搭建官網(wǎng)商城數(shù)據(jù)架構(gòu)，制定數(shù)據(jù)搜集、分析、應(yīng)用、評估體系。
2、對管理層和業(yè)務(wù)部門進行數(shù)據(jù)需求支持，挖掘分析主題，開展數(shù)據(jù)分析工作，基于數(shù)據(jù)分析成果，為管理層和業(yè)務(wù)部門提供商業(yè)策略分析和業(yè)務(wù)優(yōu)化建議，持續(xù)改進運營效果；
3、優(yōu)化和完善所屬方向的數(shù)據(jù)分析體系，包括KPI指標體系、報表體系、專題分析體系；
4、負責追蹤市場部核心經(jīng)營數(shù)據(jù)和業(yè)務(wù)指標，并編寫經(jīng)營情況簡報 ；
5、根據(jù)領(lǐng)導安排，對專項問題進行量化分析，并編制專項分析報告 ；
6、提升團隊的整體運營水平。
 
任職要求：
1、至少3年數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、數(shù)據(jù)分析工作經(jīng)驗，有互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品和用戶分析經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
2、對數(shù)據(jù)分析有深刻的理解，了解數(shù)據(jù)分析的系統(tǒng)框架與理論模型，有產(chǎn)品、運營或產(chǎn)品運營經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮；
3、對數(shù)據(jù)敏感、邏輯思維強，精通數(shù)據(jù)分析工具，有統(tǒng)計學、經(jīng)濟學等相關(guān)背景者優(yōu)先考慮；
4、學習能力較強，具有團隊合作精神，能夠承擔高壓力高產(chǎn)出的工作。
