崗位職責(zé):
1.搭建數(shù)據(jù)模型，KPI數(shù)據(jù)任務(wù)分解及預(yù)測；
2.發(fā)現(xiàn)異常及時預(yù)警，據(jù)情況快速有效的定位問題并提出解決方案；
3.分析用戶來源、活躍性、留存、流失率、行為路徑、轉(zhuǎn)化率等運營數(shù)據(jù)；
4.對產(chǎn)品改進(jìn)、流量、用戶量提升、內(nèi)容改進(jìn)予以數(shù)據(jù)支持；
5.收集行業(yè)類相關(guān)資料，對競品做長期的數(shù)據(jù)分析。

任職資格:
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷，具有深厚的統(tǒng)計學(xué)、數(shù)學(xué)、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘等相關(guān)知識；
2.熟練使用EXCEL、SAS/SPSS/R、SQL，能夠進(jìn)行復(fù)雜數(shù)據(jù)處理，良好的分析報告撰寫能力，能制作數(shù)據(jù)分析報告；
3.邏輯性強，具有高度的工作積極性和責(zé)任心，能夠獨立分析和解決問題，并能承受較大的工作壓力；
4.具有較強的數(shù)據(jù)敏感性，有縝密的分析總結(jié)能力，熟悉海量數(shù)據(jù)處理和分析方法，對移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)及新聞類APP有自己獨到的見解。
