崗位職責(zé)：
1、 學(xué)習(xí)掌握公司業(yè)務(wù)，對公司經(jīng)營管理進行數(shù)據(jù)建模。
2、 收集各類經(jīng)營數(shù)據(jù)，統(tǒng)計分析，撰寫報告，為各業(yè)務(wù)部門管理和決策提供幫助和建議；
3、 組織安排各類公司運營會議，并做好會議紀(jì)要；
4、 定期跟蹤業(yè)務(wù)部門重點工作的進展，推進各項業(yè)務(wù)順利開展；
5、 編寫各類經(jīng)營報告（文字版和PPT版）。
 
任職要求：
1、 MBA、財務(wù)、數(shù)學(xué)、統(tǒng)計等專業(yè)，本科及以上學(xué)歷，復(fù)合專業(yè)背景者優(yōu)先；
2、 注重細(xì)節(jié)、對數(shù)字敏感，邏輯能力強，具備快速學(xué)習(xí)和分析能力，可以使用多種圖表展現(xiàn)分析結(jié)果的能力。
3、 良好的溝通表達能力和團隊協(xié)作意識，善于合作；
4、 善于溝通，親和力強，形象氣質(zhì)佳，具有良好的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)；
5、 普通話標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，具備較強的學(xué)習(xí)能力，具有一定抗壓能力。
