崗位職責：
1、調研業(yè)務部門的數(shù)據(jù)需求，為運營，產(chǎn)品，銷售提供數(shù)據(jù)分析報告；
2、利用數(shù)據(jù)資源，分析客戶的行為特征與消費屬性變化,對整體業(yè)務開展及營銷變化提供數(shù)據(jù)支持等；
3、協(xié)助對業(yè)務數(shù)據(jù)進行分析建模；
4、進行各項轉化率、內(nèi)容偏好、功能需求、訪問路徑等方面的數(shù)據(jù)挖掘和分析。
崗位要求：
1、數(shù)學（計算數(shù)學、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計等）、計算機科學（信息檢索、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘等）相關專業(yè)，全日制本科以上學歷 ；
2、兩年以上互聯(lián)網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)分析經(jīng)驗
3、具備數(shù)理統(tǒng)計的基礎知識，熟練掌握Office辦公軟件，Excel表格函數(shù)應用較熟，熟悉SQL，邏輯性強，對數(shù)字敏感，思維縝密，具有一定的數(shù)據(jù)建模能力； 
4、擅長進行數(shù)據(jù)分析和數(shù)據(jù)挖掘,熟悉BI領域，數(shù)據(jù)倉庫產(chǎn)品，數(shù)據(jù)挖掘工具；
5、工作細心，認真負責，有團隊精神，有鉆研精神，具備較強學習能力和溝通能力。
