崗位職責(zé)：

1.負責(zé)數(shù)據(jù)收集、整理、入庫，設(shè)計統(tǒng)計報表；

2.制定數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計要求及規(guī)則，規(guī)劃數(shù)據(jù)倉儲結(jié)構(gòu)，優(yōu)化數(shù)據(jù)分類；

3.數(shù)據(jù)分析與挖掘，編寫數(shù)據(jù)分析報告。

任職條件：

1. 統(tǒng)計學(xué)或數(shù)學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上，碩士優(yōu)先；

2. 熟練使用office及SPSS統(tǒng)計分析軟件，有數(shù)據(jù)整理及報表制作能力；

3. 具備一定的數(shù)據(jù)分析理論知識，有較強的大數(shù)據(jù)理解與分析能力；

4. 熱愛數(shù)據(jù)，對數(shù)據(jù)敏感，邏輯關(guān)系強，對數(shù)據(jù)體系有深入的認識；

5. 為人踏實、細心，具備較強的邏輯分析能力、以及對事物的敏銳洞察能力； 

6. 自主學(xué)習(xí)能力強，具備強烈的進取心和良好的團隊溝通和合作能力。
