在國內(nèi)電商火熱發(fā)展的同時，其獲取用戶的成本卻一路升高，為了引流、拉新、維老，商家維持著高昂的成本開支，尤其隨著行業(yè)競爭的加劇，一個淘內(nèi)流量新客成本從2013年的幾十元，增加到今天的300-500元不等，流量成本也是平日的3-4倍。

隨著電商交易規(guī)模的逐年擴大，以電商效果營銷為主體的技術(shù)廣告公司搶奪了較多紅利。但很多互聯(lián)網(wǎng)廣告代理商都遇到了PC端的流量瓶頸，億瑪總裁柯細興表示，公司移動端的點擊流量過半，填補了很多PC端的缺口。

隨著移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)廣告的發(fā)展，建立統(tǒng)一行業(yè)標準的迫切性也在增強，這也直接關(guān)系到交易效率。
