崗位職責：

1、 負責大數(shù)據(jù)平臺產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計與開發(fā)；
2、 負責搭數(shù)據(jù)建模、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘，進行車輛分析、用戶特征分析、路徑分析、轉(zhuǎn)化分析等；
3、負責分析新業(yè)務(wù)需求，抽象提取業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)分析模型；
4、負責建立數(shù)據(jù)抽取、轉(zhuǎn)換、加載規(guī)則，確保數(shù)據(jù)的完整性、一致性及規(guī)范性；
   
任職要求：

1、8年以上數(shù)據(jù)分析、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘經(jīng)驗；
2、精通BI、數(shù)據(jù)建模、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)測和相關(guān)算法；
3、精通數(shù)據(jù)治理流程和管控體系；
4、精通ETL、數(shù)據(jù)血緣分析、用戶畫像分析等；
5、熟悉數(shù)據(jù)庫、數(shù)據(jù)倉庫、ETL、BI、主數(shù)據(jù)管理等相關(guān)產(chǎn)品和工具；
6、熟悉分布式數(shù)據(jù)平臺、Hadoop、Storm、Spark大數(shù)據(jù)平臺等；
7、具有互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)挖掘及算法設(shè)計工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
8、具有汽車相關(guān)行業(yè)或海量數(shù)據(jù)處理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
