崗位描述：主要負責數(shù)據(jù)分析和挖掘工作
崗位職責：
1、 開展數(shù)據(jù)分析工作，基于數(shù)據(jù)分析成果，為其他部門提供決策依據(jù)和建議，和為客戶提供專業(yè)性的分析報告
2、 配合技術部門實現(xiàn)已驗證的分析工作的自動化
3、 負責對運營數(shù)據(jù)進行數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控、分析、挖掘和處理

任職資格：
1、 本科及以上學歷，統(tǒng)計、數(shù)學、計量經濟學、計算機及相關專業(yè)
2、 具有2年以上獨立承擔金融行業(yè)、電子商務領域、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)社交等領域的海量數(shù)據(jù)分析、挖掘、建模的項目實踐經驗
3、 對數(shù)字有敏銳的觀察力，喜歡和數(shù)字打交道，嚴謹細致
4、 有縝密的分析總結能力，邏輯推理能力
5、 學習能力強，喜歡挑戰(zhàn)性的工作,能將看似無關的問題聯(lián)系起來綜合思考并得出自己的解決方案
6、具有強烈的創(chuàng)新意識和創(chuàng)新能力,有良好的溝通能力，能靠譜的推動落地
