崗位職責(zé)：

1、社交平臺(tái)產(chǎn)品和用戶分析

2、海量數(shù)據(jù)處理，特征提取與分析

3、業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)分析和建模

3、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)運(yùn)營指標(biāo)規(guī)劃

4、參與數(shù)據(jù)倉庫系統(tǒng)建設(shè)與優(yōu)化

任職要求：

1、三年以上互聯(lián)網(wǎng)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉并熱衷于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品尤其是社交產(chǎn)品，對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)有敏銳的觀察力和數(shù)據(jù)洞見；

2、精通Excel，掌握R、SAS、SPSS任一數(shù)據(jù)分析工具，R優(yōu)先；

3、掌握SQL、hadoop海量數(shù)據(jù)處理，構(gòu)建海量數(shù)據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)倉庫經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；

4、對(duì)數(shù)字有敏銳的觀察力，喜歡和數(shù)字打交道，嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)細(xì)致；

5、較強(qiáng)的分析能力，邏輯推理能力；

6、較強(qiáng)的書面及口頭表達(dá)能力；

8、具有較強(qiáng)的自主學(xué)習(xí)能力，樂于接受挑戰(zhàn)；

7、有責(zé)任心、具有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，能承受一定的工作壓力。
