職責： 
（1）項目負責人或核心骨干的職位； 
（2）負責數(shù)據(jù)分析統(tǒng)計項目為主。 

要求： 
（1）二年以上數(shù)據(jù)運營/數(shù)據(jù)分析相關工作經(jīng)驗； 
（2）熟練掌握Oralce數(shù)據(jù)庫，具備億級記錄量處理經(jīng)驗，熟悉oracle不同版本數(shù)據(jù)庫同步技術； 
（3）熟練掌握Mondrian等多維分析開發(fā) 或 熟練掌握SAS/SPSS/R/Excel等工具，了解常用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘方法和模型； 
（4）了解大數(shù)據(jù)處理Hadoop的優(yōu)先； 
（5）有一定的數(shù)據(jù)建模能力，可以使用多種圖表展現(xiàn)分析結果的能力; 
（6）對數(shù)據(jù)敏感、溝通能力強，團隊協(xié)助能力強。
