崗位職責：
1.      利用數(shù)據(jù)庫數(shù)據(jù)資源，挖掘分析其中潛在數(shù)值，并撰寫數(shù)據(jù)分析報告；
2.      協(xié)助其他部門完成數(shù)據(jù)查詢需求，并撰寫數(shù)據(jù)分析報告；
3.      研究并擬定數(shù)據(jù)挖掘方法，提交方案草案；
4.      主動尋找挖掘出對運營有幫助的數(shù)據(jù)并通過程序生成報表；
5.      為運營提供決策數(shù)據(jù)，善于用數(shù)據(jù)說話；
6.      挖掘用戶行為特征，構(gòu)建用戶精準營銷的指標體系，提升轉(zhuǎn)化率。
任職資格：
1.      統(tǒng)計學、數(shù)學、計算機或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學歷，有扎實的算法功底；
2.      三年以上數(shù)據(jù)分析相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗，有實際的數(shù)據(jù)挖掘項目經(jīng)歷并取得相關(guān)的應用效果；
3.      熟練使用SAS 、SPSS、R等數(shù)據(jù)挖掘分析工具；
4.      有強烈的工作激情；出色的獨立思考和推動能力，良好業(yè)務(wù)敏感性和數(shù)據(jù)敏感性。
