崗位職責(zé)：
1. 結(jié)合業(yè)務(wù)需求對相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行深度分析，出具分析報(bào)告，為管理層決策提供有質(zhì)量的數(shù)據(jù)支持；
2. 對結(jié)果進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證，并提出改進(jìn)建議；
3. 建立公司數(shù)據(jù)運(yùn)營體系，理順并優(yōu)化數(shù)據(jù)分析工作流程；
4. 通過數(shù)據(jù)對公司各個(gè)流程環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行分析評估診斷，優(yōu)化運(yùn)營流程，提升效率；
5.參與數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、數(shù)據(jù)倉庫等平臺相關(guān)的產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃、設(shè)計(jì)、優(yōu)化。
 
任職要求：
1. 思維開拓、主觀能動性強(qiáng)；
2. 能快速、準(zhǔn)確地解決分析工作中出現(xiàn)的各種問題，利用良好的溝通、表達(dá)能力和專業(yè)知識有效推動工作進(jìn)展；
3. 有扎實(shí)的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析理論基礎(chǔ)，能熟練操作至少一種數(shù)據(jù)分析工具；
4. 本科以上學(xué)歷，兩年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
 
試用期為3個(gè)月，試用期滿后即上社會保險(xiǎn)。接收殘疾人應(yīng)聘。
