崗位職責(zé)：
1.負責(zé)構(gòu)建數(shù)據(jù)分析和監(jiān)控體系為產(chǎn)品和技術(shù)部門提供數(shù)據(jù)支持和決策依據(jù)；
2.海量數(shù)據(jù)處理，特征提取與分析，進行商業(yè)價值挖掘，并能夠定期形成相關(guān)產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)分析文檔；
3.社交平臺產(chǎn)品和用戶分析，把握產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)變化并能快速定位原因；
4.互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)運營指標(biāo)規(guī)劃，通過分析數(shù)據(jù)，不斷推動相關(guān)產(chǎn)品提出優(yōu)化策略；
5. 參與數(shù)據(jù)倉庫系統(tǒng)建設(shè)與優(yōu)化 

任職要求：
1.二至三年以上互聯(lián)網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)分析背景，有同等量級App互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司背景的優(yōu)先；
2.熟悉并熱衷于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品尤其是社交產(chǎn)品，對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)有敏銳的觀察力和數(shù)據(jù)洞見；
3.精通Excel，掌握R、SAS、SPSS任一數(shù)據(jù)分析工具； 
4.較強的分析能力，邏輯推理能力，喜歡和數(shù)字打交道，嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)細致；
5.優(yōu)秀的文檔撰寫表達能力和口頭表述能力，較強的數(shù)據(jù)分析和預(yù)測能力，幫助用戶改進產(chǎn)品體驗。
