今天有一個朋友問我，他說他在使用excel2000的時候設(shè)計了一個統(tǒng)計表，主要用來分析公司的商務(wù)運作情況，其中包含了：日期、和日期對應(yīng)的銷售額，因為統(tǒng)計從80年代就開始做了，現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)做到了excel電子表格的最右端了，已經(jīng)無法在excel表格中添加新的數(shù)據(jù)了，該怎么辦呢？

　　首先我建議這位朋友把excel升級到excel2007或者excel2010，excel表格可以容納16384列，然后就是把現(xiàn)有的表格翻轉(zhuǎn)過來，因為excel可以擁有65536行，復(fù)制你的表格區(qū)域，打開一個空白的工作表，在合適的單元格點擊右鍵，選擇“選擇性粘貼”　“轉(zhuǎn)置”。這樣，你的表格就會以行列互換的方式重新排列，在新的表格里可以隨意將數(shù)據(jù)制成圖表了，最后建議大家最好不要在一個excel工作簿中添加大量的數(shù)據(jù)，后期數(shù)據(jù)多了，文件大了，打開速度和使用速度就會降低了。
