挖掘用戶行為特征、興趣、擅長領(lǐng)域、活躍度等信息，為產(chǎn)品改進(jìn)提供數(shù)據(jù)支持和決策建議；
負(fù)責(zé)公司內(nèi)需求收集、分析、整理工作，制定相應(yīng)的數(shù)據(jù)指標(biāo)規(guī)范并協(xié)助業(yè)務(wù)產(chǎn)品接入數(shù)據(jù)平臺；

任職要求：
2年以上互聯(lián)網(wǎng)或金融領(lǐng)域數(shù)據(jù)分析經(jīng)驗(yàn)，良好的數(shù)據(jù)敏感度；
熟練使用 SQL/SPSS/R/Python 等數(shù)據(jù)分析工具；
良好的溝通表達(dá)能力，能夠進(jìn)行跨團(tuán)隊(duì)的協(xié)調(diào)溝通；

加分項(xiàng)：
統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)、應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)、金融、計(jì)算機(jī)等相關(guān)專業(yè)背景；
熟悉 Hadoop 平臺相關(guān)工具，如 Hive、Pig、Spark 等；
