崗位職責：
1、根據(jù)公司產(chǎn)品和業(yè)務需求，利用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘等工具對多種數(shù)據(jù)源進行診斷分析，為公司征信運營決策、產(chǎn)品設計等提供數(shù)據(jù)支持；
2.設計各類信用評分模型，如大數(shù)據(jù)用戶信用評分、用戶價值評分、信息核驗和用戶偏好預測等；
3. 對征信數(shù)據(jù)庫進行數(shù)據(jù)分析、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘，形成數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)品；
4. 與IT團隊合作，推進研發(fā)成果的產(chǎn)品化、系統(tǒng)化。

崗位要求：
1、統(tǒng)計、金融數(shù)學或計算機等相關專業(yè)研究生或以上學歷，5年以上工作經(jīng)驗，其中至少3年數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘工作經(jīng)驗；
2、熟練運用數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析軟件，如STATA、SAS、EVIEWS等；
3、有金融信貸行業(yè)用戶評分建模、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)分布式大數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、通信運營商行業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)挖掘經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
4、征信從業(yè)背景人員優(yōu)先；
5、熟練使用R、Mahout者優(yōu)先；
6、知識面寬，富有創(chuàng)業(yè)精神，充滿激情，樂于接觸新領域，學習新知識。
