崗位職責：
1.  負責產品及運營項目的統(tǒng)計需求調研、方案設計、實施跟蹤及項目效果分析;
2.  整理編寫數(shù)據(jù)分析報告，及時發(fā)現(xiàn)和分析其中隱含的變化和問題，為業(yè)務發(fā)展提供決策支持;
3.  面向產品、市場、運營部門提供數(shù)據(jù)挖掘模型的設計、評估和維護;
4.  負責推動分析所需要的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析系統(tǒng)的搭建。
 
任職資格：
1. 本科及以上學歷，數(shù)學、統(tǒng)計學、經濟學、計算機等相關專業(yè)；
2. 3年以上網(wǎng)站或APP分析工作經驗，熟練使用SQL；
3. 至少精通一種以上網(wǎng)站分析工具，如Google Analytics、百度統(tǒng)計、Flurry、友盟等；
4. 電商行業(yè)分析經驗者優(yōu)先；
5. 懂得SPSS、SAS、R、Python等經驗者優(yōu)先。
