崗位內(nèi)容：

-      負(fù)責(zé)各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)的采集、統(tǒng)計(jì)與分析工作，為運(yùn)營(yíng)管理提供數(shù)據(jù)支持，并結(jié)合運(yùn)營(yíng)的實(shí)際情況，提出改善意見和方案

-      .沉淀分析思路與框架，提煉數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)品需求，與相關(guān)團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作并推動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)品的落地

-      建立業(yè)務(wù)監(jiān)控報(bào)表體系；定期完成市場(chǎng)主題分析，為業(yè)務(wù)提供決策方向和依據(jù)

-      監(jiān)控與預(yù)測(cè)市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì)，支持業(yè)務(wù)開發(fā)部門，進(jìn)行客戶洞察，為客戶經(jīng)營(yíng)提供策略報(bào)告

-      能高效使用各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)分析軟件（Catex, SQL, Excel, Access, etc）,能依據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)來源分析費(fèi)用支出以及預(yù)測(cè)趨勢(shì)

-      與相關(guān)團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)建模工作，推動(dòng)業(yè)務(wù)部門的數(shù)據(jù)化運(yùn)營(yíng)


崗位要求：

-      三年以上數(shù)據(jù)分析、挖掘、整合和建模經(jīng)驗(yàn)；有金融和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)分析從業(yè)經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先；

-      熟練使用SQL、SAS等數(shù)據(jù)庫和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析和模型開發(fā)，熟練掌握常用的分析挖掘和機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)方法，至少對(duì)一種方法有深刻認(rèn)識(shí)與理解，包括但不限于回歸分析、決策樹、時(shí)間序列、文本挖掘；熟練使用Office軟件，如ppt、excel等，精通函數(shù)和透視表，能獨(dú)立撰寫商業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)分析報(bào)告；

-      有較強(qiáng)的邏輯分析能力和獨(dú)立思考能力，具備良好的溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
