崗位職責：

1、負責高通量測序數(shù)據(jù)的初級處理(數(shù)據(jù)讀取,均一化,簡單比對等)和深度分析(統(tǒng)計學分析,功能注釋,遺傳分析和序列對比等)；
2、相關(guān)生物信息數(shù)據(jù)的采集、整理；
3、流程開發(fā)、升級以及相關(guān)的維護；
4、參與生物數(shù)據(jù)庫和軟件開發(fā)；
5、完成公司及主管安排的其他相關(guān)工作
任職要求：

1、具有數(shù)理統(tǒng)計、生物數(shù)據(jù)分析、生物信息學以及相關(guān)專業(yè)大專以上學歷；
2、精通基因組學序列分析的算法，具備熟練使用linux、R語言編程
3、熟悉常用的生物網(wǎng)站和數(shù)據(jù)庫；
4、具有一定的編程能力，有算法設計、軟件開發(fā)以及生物信息工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮；
5、有相關(guān)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
6、學習能力強，具備良好的溝通能力和團隊合作精神
