崗位職責：

1、針對運營部門提供的數(shù)據(jù)，應用相關數(shù)據(jù)分析工具，進行數(shù)據(jù)處理、分析并撰寫分析報告；

2、負責數(shù)據(jù)模型建立和持續(xù)評估效果，數(shù)據(jù)分析統(tǒng)計報表的建立與優(yōu)化；

3、能結合項目需求，探索并建立分析主題，對數(shù)據(jù)進行深度分析和挖掘；

4、完成上級領導安排的其它事項；
任職資格：

1、大專及以上學歷，18-28歲，專業(yè)不限；

2、有數(shù)據(jù)分析工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；

3、學習能力強，工作態(tài)度端正，抗壓能力強；

4、熟練應用WORD、EXCEL、PPT等應用軟件；
工作時間：

朝九晚六，雙休，帶薪年假
