崗位職責(zé)：

1、負責(zé)搭建輿情分析業(yè)務(wù)體系，協(xié)助大數(shù)據(jù)工程師完成數(shù)據(jù)倉庫建模；

2、負責(zé)用戶調(diào)研、及用戶行為分析等數(shù)據(jù)商業(yè)價值挖掘工作；

3、利用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、數(shù)據(jù)分析、機器學(xué)習(xí)相關(guān)算法，建立數(shù)據(jù)挖掘模型，提取關(guān)鍵數(shù)據(jù)的特征，為公司業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展決策提供數(shù)據(jù)支撐。

任職要求：

1、統(tǒng)招本科以上數(shù)學(xué)、統(tǒng)計學(xué)、信息管理、計算機等相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)，1年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗，要求英語能力強，至少能瀏覽英文網(wǎng)站和英文資料；

2、熟悉Linux操作,熟練掌握Python語言以及基于Python的數(shù)據(jù)處理框架；

3、熟悉R、SAS、SPSS、Matlab等數(shù)據(jù)挖掘工具；

4、熟悉常見機器學(xué)習(xí)算法（如邏輯回歸、SVM、神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、決策樹、貝葉斯，協(xié)同過濾，關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系等）；

5、熟練Redis、HBase等NoSQL數(shù)據(jù)庫；

6、熟悉Hive/Mahout/SparkMlib等分布式開源項目中的一種或多種。
