崗位職責(zé)：

1.負(fù)責(zé)核算一線銷售人員的銷售獎(jiǎng)金。

2.建立，核對(duì)，維護(hù)公司業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)營(yíng)數(shù)據(jù)，負(fù)責(zé)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)和處理工作。

3.設(shè)計(jì)，制作各類業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)透視表，包括業(yè)績(jī)，績(jī)效，考核，晉升數(shù)據(jù)等。

4.對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行加工，生成統(tǒng)計(jì)分析和報(bào)告所需要的數(shù)據(jù)和圖表，做好數(shù)據(jù)支持工作。

5.設(shè)計(jì)，制作數(shù)據(jù)模板。

6.完成月，季，年數(shù)據(jù)匯總分析。

7.完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。


任職要求：

1.大專以上學(xué)歷，優(yōu)秀的應(yīng)屆生也可以考慮。

2.工作細(xì)致耐心，思維敏捷，對(duì)數(shù)字敏感，有原則。

3.熟練操作office軟件，尤其是excel，熟悉SPAA優(yōu)先考慮。

4.具備良好的溝通，協(xié)調(diào)，組織能力。
