R語(yǔ)言繪制二元聚類圖

說(shuō)明

之前使用k均值方法將數(shù)據(jù)劃分到不同的簇中，但當(dāng)變量個(gè)數(shù)大于2時(shí)，就無(wú)法在二維空間中展示數(shù)據(jù)聚類的過(guò)程，因此可以使用二元聚類圖先將變量減少成兩個(gè)主要成分，然后利用組件（諸如軸線和橢圓）來(lái)展示數(shù)據(jù)聚類的結(jié)果。

操作
載入包，繪制二元聚類圖

對(duì)二元聚類圖進(jìn)行標(biāo)記并放大：

原理
本節(jié)繪制了一個(gè)二元聚類圖以展示數(shù)據(jù)聚類的過(guò)程，我們首先安裝和導(dǎo)入cluster算法包，然后使用clusplot函數(shù)繪制customer數(shù)據(jù)集的二元聚類圖，clusplot函數(shù)的shade和color參數(shù)值均被設(shè)置成TRUE,得到一個(gè)彩色且?guī)н吙虻?a href='/map/julei/' style='color:#000;font-size:inherit;'>聚類。 在得到的結(jié)果圖中，可以得知二元聚類使用了兩個(gè)成分，x軸與y軸涵蓋了85.01%的數(shù)據(jù)點(diǎn)，數(shù)據(jù)點(diǎn)根據(jù)成分1和成分2的取值散落在圖中，同一簇內(nèi)的數(shù)據(jù)點(diǎn)采用相同的顏色和形狀繪制。
我們還使用了rect函數(shù)來(lái)增加一個(gè)矩形框?qū)o定x軸和y軸內(nèi)的簇進(jìn)行特別標(biāo)注，然后調(diào)用clusplot函數(shù)，設(shè)置好xlim與ylim參數(shù)的值，將被選中的簇放大到顯示以便不好的觀測(cè)簇內(nèi)數(shù)據(jù)點(diǎn)的特征。
