崗位職責(zé)：

1.       行業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)庫規(guī)劃、搭建、運營；

2.       統(tǒng)籌線上線下數(shù)據(jù)采集、數(shù)據(jù)清洗入庫、數(shù)據(jù)建模分析；

3.       建立行情監(jiān)測和預(yù)警機制，向業(yè)務(wù)部、風(fēng)控部發(fā)送監(jiān)測、預(yù)警數(shù)據(jù)；

4.       負責(zé)行業(yè)跟蹤、同業(yè)調(diào)研、產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)分析、產(chǎn)品優(yōu)化。

任職要求:

1.       本科及以上學(xué)歷，計算機、數(shù)學(xué)、統(tǒng)計學(xué)專業(yè)背景；

2.       熟悉回歸、決策樹等模型，有數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、深度學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先；

3.       熟練掌握至少一門數(shù)據(jù)庫查詢語言，熟練使用至少一種分析工具：SQL、SPSS、SAS、R等；

4.       對數(shù)據(jù)敏感，優(yōu)秀的數(shù)據(jù)建模、邏輯思維能力，認同數(shù)據(jù)分析驅(qū)動業(yè)務(wù)的價值觀。
