具體職責：

1.獨立完成各項常規(guī)數(shù)據(jù)分析統(tǒng)計工作；

2.基于數(shù)據(jù)分析，對業(yè)務發(fā)展的深入理解，整合資源完成周、月、季度、年度運營分析報告；

3.針對各項不定期業(yè)務需求，完成專題分析報告；

4.維護部門日常報表，負責日常的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計、處理、整理和發(fā)送；

5.完成數(shù)據(jù)分析項目過程中的數(shù)據(jù)提取、數(shù)據(jù)分析、數(shù)據(jù)展示工作；

6.開發(fā)并持續(xù)完善各項業(yè)務數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計分析模板，確保其準確性、實用性及可衡量性

能夠基于數(shù)據(jù)分析得到有價值的信息，為運營決策、人員管理等提供數(shù)據(jù)支持。
