Key responsibilities include:

 

-       Very strong data analysis capability to support  SVC businesses decision

-       Translate business problems into manageable pieces; apply statistical procedures and decision sciences tools to develop actionable business solutions; including, but not limited to: Decision trees. Scorecards and other regression techniques and optimization.

-       Provide leadership and direction in a cross-functional environment and work with global team to implement service projects

-       Drive changes including business process optimization, inventory planning and service system change

-       Flexibly conduct operation tasks  including forecast, funnel and contract management

 

Qualifications:

 -       Academic:  university graduated or above

-       Language:  Fluent in English is required

-       Computer:  Strong with Excel, PowerPoint,

-       Strong data sensitivity, excellent Excel/Powerpoint capability

-       Experience in project management, data modeling and service business is preferred

-       Experience of working cross functionally on an effective way to achieve team goals

-       Strong leadership, self-motivator, quick learner, and be reliable for assigned tasks

-       Experience with consulting firm or MNC is highly preferred.
