月薪資待遇：6K-15K；

職位描述：數(shù)據(jù)分析模型建造，協(xié)同項目經(jīng)理從數(shù)據(jù)分析的角度達到研究的目的；負責數(shù)據(jù)分析模型的設計與實施。

1）基本技能要求：

打字速度：達到60字/分鐘；

Word操作：能夠熟練進行統(tǒng)稿排版、編寫目錄及大綱、編輯頁眉頁腳等基本功能的操作；

Excel操作：能熟練使用常見函數(shù)、透視功能，對數(shù)據(jù)進行合并及拆分，熟悉第三方Excel插件及宏的操作使用；

PPT操作：能根據(jù)項目需求制作工作總結、項目介紹、項目匯報、培訓等類型的演講文稿。

2）業(yè)務技能要求：

能熟練使用R、Python等工作進行數(shù)據(jù)分析，并形成可視化結果；

熟悉物流、口岸、外貿(mào)、民生、健康等行業(yè)，對行業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)敏感，能建模、分析數(shù)據(jù)并撰寫有深度的熱點分析報告。

3）專業(yè)要求：統(tǒng)計學、信息管理與信息系統(tǒng)、數(shù)據(jù)科學與大數(shù)據(jù)技術、數(shù)據(jù)庫應用與信息管理。

4）工作經(jīng)驗要求：1-3年以上（優(yōu)秀應屆畢業(yè)生亦可，211/985等重點院校優(yōu)先）。
