崗位職責(zé)：

1. 通過應(yīng)用統(tǒng)計建模、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)方法建立數(shù)據(jù)模型解決實際問題；

2. 完成數(shù)據(jù)抽取、數(shù)據(jù)清洗、數(shù)據(jù)探索、數(shù)據(jù)建模分析等工作；

3. 按要求完成數(shù)據(jù)分析報告、建模報告、數(shù)據(jù)報表，并對相關(guān)結(jié)果進(jìn)行解讀和匯報。 任職要求：

1. 1年以上數(shù)據(jù)分析經(jīng)驗，本科，良好的數(shù)學(xué)基礎(chǔ)，扎實數(shù)據(jù)挖掘功底，數(shù)學(xué)、統(tǒng)計學(xué)、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先；

2. 熟悉SQL，對主流數(shù)據(jù)庫有一定了解；

3. 熟悉R/Python等開源數(shù)據(jù)挖掘算法封裝優(yōu)先；

4. 較強的分析問題和解決問題的能力；

5. 對新知識的探索精神，不斷研究并分享新的業(yè)務(wù)、技術(shù)知識
