職責(zé)描述 Job Description

1.數(shù)據(jù)分析數(shù)據(jù)收集，分析及專項分析,審核數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確性并對按照分析要求進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)調(diào)整。Data collection, analysis and special analysis. Verify the data accuracy and adjust the data according to analysis request.
2.系統(tǒng)導(dǎo)出或向各省收集相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),根據(jù)要求提供每日，月度，季度，半年度和年度數(shù)據(jù)分析報告。Capture data form system or collect from provincial FA. Complete daily, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual data analysis report.
3.對數(shù)據(jù)分析過程出現(xiàn)的指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)異常情況進(jìn)行專項分析，供業(yè)務(wù)部門參考。Make special analysis for the indicators whose data is too high or low.
4.針對數(shù)據(jù)分析過程中遇到的記賬與數(shù)據(jù)分析出現(xiàn)的口徑問題，進(jìn)行研究建議。Supply advice for standard difference between accounting and data analysis.
5.結(jié)合業(yè)務(wù)流程需要，對業(yè)務(wù)流程提出建議，對記賬流程進(jìn)行規(guī)范。Basing on business requirement, advise business process and standardize account booking process.
6.對省公司財務(wù)人員進(jìn)行流程培訓(xùn)，作為總部財務(wù)部，對各省財務(wù)進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)支持相關(guān)的規(guī)范培訓(xùn)，包括記賬，審核，及盤點(diǎn)等流程的培訓(xùn)。Conduct SOP training for provincial FA.As representative of FA HQ, conduct BU support training for provincial FA, including booking, audit and stock take, etc.
7.對業(yè)務(wù)部門提交的傭金，獎勵，補(bǔ)貼等進(jìn)行審核，確保計算準(zhǔn)確性。Assure the accuracy by checking the compensation, incentive and allowance submitted by BU.
8.參與相關(guān)政策制定，提供財務(wù)相關(guān)建議。Participate relevant policy drafting and supply advice on perspective of FA.
9.根據(jù)公司流程參與存貨盤點(diǎn)。Participate inventory audit according to SOP of company.
10.完成上級臨時安排的其他任務(wù)。Briefing of Responsibilities：Accomplish other tasks assigned by management.


任職資格 Position Qualification
1.學(xué)歷要求Education：大專及以上Colleg and above
2.專業(yè)要求 Major in：會計或財務(wù)Accounting or Finance
3.工作經(jīng)歷要求 Experience：3年以上財會或數(shù)據(jù)分析經(jīng)驗(yàn)。At least 3 years working experience relevant to accounting or data analysis.
4.專業(yè)知識 Professional knowledge：熟悉財會及數(shù)據(jù)分析流程。Be familiar with accounting and data analysis process.
5.技能技巧Skills：
1)具備良好的溝通和時間管理技巧。
Have good communication and time management skill.
2)對數(shù)據(jù)分析有良好的意識。
Have good sense with data analysis.
3)具備較強(qiáng)的邏輯思維能力。
Get strong logical thinking ability.
6.計算機(jī)要求Computer：
1)熟練運(yùn)用辦公軟件，包括Excel, Word, Power Point等。
Be proficient in office-software, including Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
2)能操作會計系統(tǒng)，如NC, SAP, Kingdee 等。
Can operate accounting system, such as NC, SAP, Kingdee, etc.
3)其他要求Other requirements：Good work ethics and service consciousness.
